Putting this is into practice, I started to be conscious while encountering things, events or people that would be listed as one of the 5 (or more) things that would make me feel grateful for at the day’s end.
And being conscious in those invaluable moments also helped me to learn to bask in the moments and enjoy them in the now.
It’s really good. Every moment that we pass through in life, we pass through but once. For that reason, I recommend this for everyone.
